Vendor Rules

 The Calusa Herp Society is very excited to be hosting our annual reptile expo.  The Southwest Florida area, including Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples is a growing area with a lot of interest in reptiles.This promises to be a very successful event. Vendor tables will be limited and will be available on a first come - first served basis.   

 Florida Vendors require a Class III permit.  Permit application and all other info, including Florida's newer "Reptiles of Concern" Laws, can be found at :

*All animals must be healthy and legal to sell within the state. Anyone who intentionally offers illegal or unhealthy animals for sale may be banned from future shows.*

Vendors will be given 2 badges per table.  We ask that these be worn at all times while the show is open to the public.

 Each exhibitor is expected to appropriately display their materials and  staff their tables in order to prohibit shoplifting or theft. The Calusa Herp Society is not responsible for any theft before, during, or after each event.

Each exhibitor is expected to create a professional, attractive display area in their space.   

Feeder Insects:  The Cricket Guy is the exclusive provider of feeder insects at the SW Florida Reptile Expo.

Dry Goods:  Everything Pets is the exclusive provider of dry goods at the SW Florida Reptile Expo.

At the end of the show, vendors are expected to leave their booth space clean without trash on the tables or the floor. We appreciate your cooperation in this as the building will be used for another event at the conclusion of our show.  We have until 4pm on Sunday to be cleaned up.

Vendors will be required to stay until the show closes each day so we will not have any empty tables.

Vendors who allow guests to handle their animals are responsible for maintaining control of the animals at all time. Each exhibitor is exclusively liable for any damage to property or personal injury resulting from handling of their live animals on the host facility premises.
