SPEAKER & TOPIC :  Daniel Parker of Sunshine Serpents will come down from Haines City, Florida this evening to present an exciting and informative PowerPoint slideshow about INDIGO SNAKES.  Daniel is an avid fieldherper who has been observing indigoes in the field for half a decade in central Florida, plus the western U.S. race of them in southern Texas too.  Daniel has photographed numerous specimens and learned a great deal about their habits in the field.  Come out this evening to learn the life history details of this largest Florida snake – one that’s becoming quite rare in the wild.  He’ll bring a beautiful live example for handling too.

WHO'S INVITED ? You are! Anyone with an interest in any aspect of herpetology or herpetoculture is welcome to attend, learn, and exchange their experiences with our friendly membership. Come out to meet others who keep, breed or study reptiles and amphibians, and let them share their fascination with you. We average 35 – 70 people attending every meeting.

Cookies and cold soda, a nightly raffle of live herps, herp products, and books follow each speaker's talk, and lots of herp camaraderie, gossip, and fun can be counted upon at all meetings !
