SPEAKER & TOPIC : For the past 6 months, Bill Love has been preparing his ultimate, heavily-illustrated, mega PowerPoint presentation – “Madagascar: Splendid Isolation”.  Tonight you will enjoy all the best from his twelve trips to the ‘Red Island’ exploring for herps and leading ecotours via his Blue Chameleon Ventures.  It will feature the crème-de-la-crème imagery and stories of his many travels there, including many pictures never shown before.  This full-hour extravaganza will show you the broad range of Malagasy fauna, flora, geography and culture – something bound to please EVERYone with any interest in the natural world, and especially in this unique country and its people located in a far-off corner of the planet where few Americans ever venture.

WHO'S INVITED ? You are! Anyone with an interest in any aspect of herpetology or herpetoculture is welcome to attend, learn, and exchange their experiences with our friendly membership. Come out to meet others who keep, breed or study reptiles and amphibians, and let them share their fascination with you. We average 35 – 70 people attending every meeting.

Cookies and cold soda, a nightly raffle of live herps, herp products, and books follow each speaker's talk, and lots of herp camaraderie, gossip, and fun can be counted upon at all meetings !
