 Our January 2024 speaker is Calusa Herp Society member Marc
 Cantos.  The title of his talk is "Pritchard's
 Pond and Other Turtle Adventures", tells
 the story of his 4 year migration of The Turtle Source from the suburbs to the
 country. Marc's talk will cover his incredibly long move, some 2023 current
 events, and of course some cool turtle pics. Come and see Marc tell this story
 with over 500 pictures in less than an hour...

 Marc
 has been keeping and breeding turtles and tortoises for over 50 years. He has
 served as an elected representative of the Florida Reptile industry for 23
 years. He has also served on the board of the state laboratory since it's
 inception. He is a lifetime member of The TTPG, The Turtle and Tortoise Club of
 Florida, US Ark, and US Ark Florida. He's served on many Reptile panels and
 working groups over the past 3 decades, and he's written several articles on
 turtle and tortoise keeping, breeding and conservation.

WHO'S INVITED? You are! Anyone with an interest in any aspect of herpetology or herpetoculture is welcome to attend, learn, and exchange their experiences with our friendly membership. Come out to meet others who keep, breed or study reptiles and amphibians, and let them share their fascination with you. We average 10 - 20 people attending every meeting.
