Discussion on Herpetoculture Techniques and Experiences Part II
 This
month's meeting will continue the discussion about several herpetoculture topics
such as cage/enclosure design, husbandry techniques and other related subject
matters, but most importantly about sharing ideas with each other. This
discussion will again be led by Calusa Herp Society members Jim and Penny Cox.
This meeting went so well that attendees wanted to continue the discussion. Attendees will
again be able to converse and share ideas with each other about
everything concerning the captive maintenance of amphibians and reptiles,
including purchasing or legally acquiring herps in Florida. Everyone has had
different experiences with animals in their collection. Other keepers can
greatly benefit from hearing what has worked and has not worked with your
captive collection and breeding. Come and ask others questions and tell us
about your experiences, so we can all learn in a friendly environment. Please
text/email/call Jim and Penny before the meeting if there is a topic you would
like to discuss. You can also send pictures that can be added to their slide
presentation, to better illustrate the discussion such as your enclosure,
 animals, food items, eggs. etc.

After
the meeting, you are invited to join us at a nearby restaurant (announced at
the meeting) for more herp discussions and camaraderie over food and drinks.
 See you there!
WHO'S INVITED? You are! Anyone with an interest in any aspect of herpetology or herpetoculture is welcome to attend, learn, and exchange their experiences with our friendly membership.
